Since 2007 to date, I have made some projects in the field of software development and medicine. I eagerly do these all without gaining any advantages. These all are meant for educational purposes only at first. But lately, I made some printed book to be sold. All of ’em aren’t produced with instant progress. It took me some years to finish them. FRAX Score for Osteoporosis APP by: Samuel Sembiring, dr Released: 2017 FRAX is a diagnostic tool used to evaluate the 10-year probability of bone fracture risk. It was developed by the University of Sheffield. FRAX integrates clinical risk factors and bone mineral density at the femoral neck to calculate the 10-year probability of hip fracture and the 10-year probability of a major osteoporotic fracture (clinical spine, forearm, hip or shoulder fracture).

Color Blind Test By: Samuel Sembiring, dr Released: 2013 Color blind test is one of routine visual examination to evaluate the visual quality in seeing spectrum of color. Ishihara had been making a test for this. There are 38 plate test numbered randomly. This test is called Ishihara Test. And it has been used in many countries nowadays.

Get Sokal Score By: Samuel Sembiring, dr Released: 2012 Sokal Score is a calculation for evaluating the risk of CML or Chronic Myeloid Leukemia.

Morphost Antivirus By: Samuel Sembiring Released: 2007 I made this antivirus since 2007. Until 2011, I have made 8 versions of it and released them to the internet. You can get it free. On early 2012, I coded the ninth version. The last and the best version & I use it for my own.
